In this episode Max Farrell talks to Gary Young, Director at Place 54 Architects. Gary collaborated with Sir Terry Farrell for 40 years on award winning, mixed use developments including Comyn Ching in Covent Garden (now listed by Historic England), Greenwich Peninsula, Newcastle Quayside and Brindley Place in Birmingham. New garden communities have included Cambourne in Cambridgeshire, NW Bicester Eco Town and Otterpool Park.

In the last three years, Gary has played a central role masterplanning garden communities for the LDN Collective including Harrington in Oxfordshire and Sibson in Huntingdonshire. Gary's experience has led to some incredible insights and lessons learned along the way.
