With his specialist knowledge of the residential, education and health sectors, Tom has contributed to a wide range of new-build and refurbishment projects across London, East Anglia, and the South East. He has longstanding working relationships with many high-profile /design-led architectural practices and collaborates closely with them to realise the architectural intent of their projects.

Tom was instrumental in the development of Consibee’s Modular range of projects, and he was part of design teams developing demonstration project modular designs for government funded community Health Hub and Building Schools for the Future projects.

Tom has led numerous successful prestigious architectural projects and works with many clients providing early pre-purchase assessment and pre-planning stage advice and will lead projects through to completion. Tom has worked on numerous projects with difficult site constraints including tunnels, railways, and sewers and is experienced in leading clients through complex approval processes of the various statutory bodies.
