Tim is an economic consultant with over 16 years of experience delivering business cases, funding bids, impact appraisals and financial analysis for infrastructure, regeneration and transport projects. He set up his own independent consultancy in June 2022, having previously worked for over 12 years at Arup. Tim’s recent commissions include supporting a successful LUF bid for a regeneration project in Bristol, undertaking due diligence for a highway PPP scheme in Germany and developing the business case for a major UK rail enhancement project. He has also developed a new tool that enables social housing promoters to quantify economic benefits delivered by their schemes. Tim’s business case experience includes city centre and high street regeneration, station upgrades, public transport schemes and business parks. With his wider advisory experience on infrastructure transactions, PPPs and due diligence reviews, Tim understands the critical drivers for successful procurement and delivery of development projects.
