Rachel is a chartered flood risk consultant with extensive experience of advising clients at all stages of property acquisition and development.  She has provided flood risk and sustainable drainage advice for a wide range of projects, from residential schemes to schools, commercial ventures and national infrastructure projects.  Areas of expertise include identifying development opportunities and constraints; providing detailed flood risk and drainage reports to support planning applications; and liaising with regulators / statutory consultees to help secure planning consent. Throughout her career Rachel has also led multi-disciplinary projects, connecting technical teams to ensure a holistic approach to masterplan evolution and maximise development potential. Working within a multi-disciplinary consultancy, Rachel is well placed to provide support on a wide range of environmental planning considerations.
