Oliver is a community engagement specialist with over a decade of experience providing services across the UK and Australia. He co-founded ECF and is the Managing Director of the company in both jurisdictions. 

Throughout his career, Oliver has cultivated an excellent knowledge of all levels of government in the UK, local and national politics and the methodologies required to deliver successful community engagement programmes. He is skilled in developing engagement strategies that harness a blend of physical and digital engagement techniques to bring clients and their communities closer together. He has a passion for deliberative democracy and harnessing its power within the planning and development sectors.

Oliver leads the ECF team in delivering across its portfolio of public and private sector clients in the UK and Australia. In recent years, he has advised clients including Crystal Palace Football Club, Harlow and Gilston Garden Town, LandsecU+I as well as local authorities in the UK.
