A highly experienced cost consultant, Caroline is Managing Director of Equals, a team of cost and project managers based in London. She has 25 years’ experience across multiple sectors, working on many major developments throughout her career. She has held senior roles within the industry and has significant experience of dealing with complex refurbishment projects, often within listed buildings – most notably the award-winning Royal Academy of Music new theatre designed by Ritchie Studio.
