The LDN Collective after party is back in Leeds next May, taking over the entire Cuckoo club for DecaDance, a night of music and connections for the real estate and infrastructure community.

UKREiiF has quickly become one of the most important gatherings for people shaping places across the United Kingdom. Alongside the daytime programme of panels, pitches and tours, there is a growing recognition that informal time together is where many of the most useful conversations happen. The LDN Collective after party was created to give the sector a relaxed space to connect, celebrate and recharge after a full day at the conference.

In 2026 the party returns for its third year and its biggest edition so far. On Wednesday 20 May, the LDN Collective will host DecaDance at Cuckoo in central Leeds, with a full venue takeover, secret DJs and a strict guest list.

What to expect for DecaDance at Cuckoo

DecaDance will run from early evening through to the early hours, with guests able to drop in after fringe events, dinners and receptions across the city. The party will take over all of Cuckoo, including the ground floor dance floor, fairground rooms, roof terrace and themed spaces such as the Secret Garden, Wild Side and Neon Reef.

Guests will arrive to a welcome drink and a wristband or stamp so they can come and go throughout the night. A specially created cocktail list, homemade pizza for those who have not had time to eat, and multiple bars with dedicated staff will help keep energy levels high.

A new DJ booth will be installed on the ground floor especially for the event, with a headline set from a well known DJ who has played at leading clubs in London and Ibiza and who also works within the property industry. Their identity will stay under wraps until the night. Additional DJs, including familiar faces from the sector, will play across different rooms so that guests can choose between full dance floor energy and more laid back spaces for conversation.

Partner rooms and branded experiences

To make the most of the full venue takeover, LDN Collective is inviting a small number of event partners to host their own spaces within Cuckoo. Partner packages include a private room between six and eight in the evening with branded balloons and signage, reserved tables for guests, the option to pre order food and drinks, and support with guest list management.

After the early private session, partner rooms open up and become part of the wider event, giving guests freedom to move between spaces and meet people from across the sector. This format builds on the success of previous years, when the after party became a place where clients, consultants, investors and city leaders could meet without a formal agenda.

For many in the built environment, UKREiiF is now a fixed point in the calendar. As the conference grows, there is a risk that the experience becomes more transactional. The after party is a deliberate counter to that. It creates a shared moment where people can talk honestly, celebrate progress and strengthen relationships in an environment that feels inclusive and enjoyable.

With 2026 expected to be the last year that UKREiiF is held in Leeds, DecaDance is also a thank you to the city that has hosted and supported the event from the beginning. It is a chance to mark the end of one chapter and set the tone for whatever comes next.
