Stuart was Head of Planning at CBRE for over three decades, and has worked on many landmark projects including Regent Street, the Bull Ring in Birmingham, the former Royal Arsenal, Spitalfields and the Tate Modern. As planning advisor for Kings Cross, he advised on the Google HQ, the Great Northern Hotel and the Francis Crick Institute. He was a member of the OPDC planning committee, and Strategic Planning Advisor to Transport for London, advising on the largest development portfolio in the country. He is Chairman of HS2 Commercial Property Development Panel, a sounding board on design and public realm appointed by the UK Government to assist on emerging station schemes including the new Euston station.
