The LDN Collective were commissioned by the City of London Corporation to design a new form of stakeholder engagement, taking into account the way the world has changed post-pandemic.

The City Plan 2040 will provide a framework for future development in the Square Mile over the next 17 years, setting out the priorities for local residents, businesses and open spaces.

We ran ten workshops in total on topics ranging from culture & heritage to tall buildings, wellbeing and sustainability. There were also workshops focusing on five 'key areas of change'.

We are delighted that the City Plan 2040 has since been approved by the planning committee and look forward to applying this successful methodology elsewhere.
