Anthropologist Bee Farrell loves to research, write and run public-facing ventures that focus on people and planetary health. After decades working on academic and community sustainable food projects she gained a masters in the Anthropology of Food and is presently a funded PhD candidate studying digital society’s relationship to food. For LDN Collective’s award winning submission for the Wolfson Economics prize she project managed and authored the submission adding in her passionate belief that to move from cure to prevention what we eat is key to sustainable health for us and the environment. Publications include: A Place for Food in Sustainable Urban Masterplanning (2017) and ‘Virtualising our Mouths: The Sensorium and Instagram Imagery’ in The International Journal of Food design, 2020
